In just one bite of shufoot, I was no longer in Brussels, I was in Sana’a.It was then that I realized why I don’t make shufoot often, even though it’s my favorite Yemeni dish.
This yogurt with cilantro, mint, garlic, pepper, bread and decorated with pomegranate stirs lots of emotions, and that’s a beautiful and painful process.
